A 5 week course based on MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction), MBCT (Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy), NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) and Compassion Based Therapy.
This course is designed to help you explore and develop a way of living mindfully.

Week 3: Stress and Being with the Difficult
Week 4: Learning Self Compassion and the Power of the Positive
Week 5: Finding Balance
Quiet Day: Looking After Ourselves and Staying Mindful
