I offer coaching and training for the purposes of transformational change. This covers a wide range of topics related to mindset, performance and well being.
Coaching can be delivered in 1-1 or group sessions and can be delivered as a one off session or as a course.
Formats include weekly wellbeing classes, mental health weeks or six week courses with various topics including ‘Mindset for Success’ and my bespoke six week Mindfulness course.
I operate out of training rooms in locations across various regions.
