Quiet Day


Come and have a day of calm.  This is another chance to experience the Quiet Day from the 5 week course. You don’t need to have attended the five week course, however some experience of mindfulness would be preferable. You’ll take part in a variety of mindfulness practices with a period of silence. Lunch is included.

Start time: 9:30am

Finish time: 2:30pm
