A 5 week course based on MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction), MBCT (Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy), NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) and Compassion Based Therapy.

- Quiet Day: Looking After Ourselves and Staying Mindful
