Towards Mindfulness 5 Week Course


A 5 week course based on MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction), MBCT (Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy), NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) and Compassion Based Therapy.

This course is designed to help you explore and develop a way of living mindfully.

  • Week 1: Waking Up
  • Week 2: Noticing the Good
  • Week 3: Stress and Being with the Difficult
  • Week 4: Learning Self Compassion and the Power of the Positive
  • Week 5: Finding Balance
  • Quiet Day: Looking After Ourselves and Staying Mindful

Price: £199 including 5 taught sessions, all course materials, 1 quiet day including lunch
